Simulate blocking and build game-like power.
The Pancake forces athletes to explode through the top of the move, finishing it completely. At the end of the movement, which is where it counts if you are throwing anything, the power output is 6x greater with the FlipSled than traditional "press" movements.
The FlipSled conditions athletes to explode THROUGH their opponent. When an athlete throws the FlipSled, it trains their neurological path to finish the play rather than "Pull the Punch" or slow down prior to contact like traditional equipment.
The lifting and driving action the Pancake forces will train players to keep on the block and also take the power away from the defender. This position with arms bent teaches your players to engage the defender fully allowing blocks to be finished and win the line of scrimmage down the field.
