Simulate blocking and build game-like power.
The pancake forces athletes to explode through the top of the move, finishing it completely. At the end of the movement, which is where it counts if you are throwing anything, the power output is 6x greater with the FlipSled than traditional "press" movements.
The FlipSled conditions athletes to explode THROUGH their opponent. When an athlete throws the FlipSled, it trains their neurological path to finish the play rather than "Pull the Punch" or slow down prior to contact like traditional equipment.
The FlipSled is a lever that is designed to be thrown. The explosive vertical and horizontal component of each lift makes the FlipSled the perfect functional training tool that connects the weight room to the field.
